Voluntary Donation to School Fund

 

Background Information

As most of you will be aware, on an annual basis, we normally appeal for a voluntary donation from each family towards our School Fund Account. We are deeply grateful for the positive support towards this from so many families in recent years. 

 

Bearing in mind the financial pressures many families have been under, we have not made such requests this year. Nevertheless, some families have been in touch and are keen to still donate. We are extremely grateful for this as we have certainly incurred many additional costs throughout this academic year.

 

Voluntary Donation

If you are among the families who are able and willing to donate, we would be grateful if payment could be made through your child's School Money account.

 

This payment is set up as a Harmony Hill PTA 'Shop Item,’. As our PTA is a registered charity (and if you are a tax payer) you will be able to Gift Aid your amount, the PTA can therefore claim a further 25% on your donation, with no extra cost to you. To enable this process, we need you to complete the attached online Gift Aid form and submit it with your online donation. 

 

The amount of donation you wish to give can be selected within the 'School Shop' section, within your School Money account, and added to your basket for checkout. (see the video linked below)

 

If you do not pay income tax or do not wish to submit the form when making your donation, please do not be concerned about that. We are just grateful for your support in whatever way your circumstances permit you to do so.
